Within four days of opening, the Dallas Observer reports, disgruntled customers submitted at least 32 one-star Google reviews to complain about the food and service. A new continental cuisine spot called Bisou celebrated its grand opening along McKinney Avenue in Uptown Dallas this weekend, but its launch has not come without controversy.
